Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Simgen account, use the dashboard, or embed the Simgen widget on your own website. By using Simgen, you agree to them.

The service

Simgen generates a photorealistic preview of a product or service applied to a photo, using your own catalogue. Previews are illustrative. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or promise of any specific real-world result — final outcomes depend on factors Simgen has no control over.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account and workspace, including keeping your login secure and making sure anyone you invite follows these terms too. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business the workspace belongs to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos or catalogue images you don't have the right to use
• Use Simgen to generate misleading, illegal, or harmful content
• Try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure
• Use the embeddable widget on a site you don't own or have permission to modify

Plans and billing

Paid plans include a 14-day trial. After that, you're billed on the cycle you choose until you cancel. Plan limits — previews included, output quality, and features — are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Your content

You own the photos and catalogue content you upload. You grant Simgen the right to process it solely to provide the service — generating previews, storing your catalogue, and running the widget on your behalf. We don't use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond running Simgen for you.

Our content

Simgen's software, branding, and underlying technology remain ours. These terms don't transfer any of that to you.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, don't pay for a paid plan, or otherwise put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Simgen is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Simgen isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
